いつもKUROをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、展示会開催に伴い、7月6日（月）～17日（金）はThe Blue Storeを店休日とさせていただきます。 7月18日（土）より通常営業を再開いたします。

また、配送業務につきましても、7月11日（土）～12日（日）は店休日となるため、発送業務はお休みとさせていただきます。何卒ご留意くださいませ。

期間中にお寄せいただいたお問い合わせにつきましては、ご返信までに3～7営業日ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

なお、上記期間以外につきましては、ご注文から5営業日以内に発送いたします。
お客様にはご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Temporary Store Closure and Shipping Suspension Due to Exhibition

Thank you very much for your continued support of KURO.

Please be informed that The Blue Store will be temporarily closed from July 6 (Mon) to July 17 (Fri) due to an exhibition.
We will resume regular business operations on July 18 (Sat).

In addition, shipping operations will also be suspended from July 11 (Sat) to July 12 (Sun) as these dates fall within our store holidays. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Please also note that it may take 3 to 7 business days to respond to inquiries received during the closure period.

For all other periods, we will process and ship orders within 5 business days of receiving them.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
