MONSTER STRETCH DENIM was launched with the theme of creating a new history in denim.

Most stretch denim is generally said to have a stretch rate of 130% and a stretch recovery rate of 60%. In other words, if you have a 100cm piece of denim fabric, it will stretch to 130cm and then return to a looser, approximately 112cm. However, MONSTER STRETCH boasts a stretch rate of 160% and a stretch recovery rate of over 90%. Imagine a 100cm piece of denim fabric stretching to 160cm and then returning to nearly its original 100cm. The secret to its stretchability lies in a fundamental overturning of the principles of stretch. Instead of the traditional stretch fabric principle of shrinking the original fabric through processing to make it stretch, we have adopted a new technology that weaves highly stretchable yarns with reduced tension. This is a completely new type of stretch denim, where the yarn itself stretches, rather than the fabric itself.

The greatest feature of Helvetica is that despite its innovative stretch properties, it expresses an exquisite vintage-like texture and has selvedge edges on the fabric. While normal stretch denim has a texture that looks like "stretch denim," Helvetica's fabric has such a high level of reproducibility that it could be mistaken for 100% cotton.

The silhouette is slim and tapered. The rise is slightly higher for a stable fit around the waist, but the pants taper gently from the thighs to the hem, creating a very well-balanced silhouette.
